The Events of the North Virtual Series will come to a conclusion with the jewel in Northumberland’s crown, the Kielder Marathon weekend. Training for a marathon is a huge commitment and we would love those of you who have been training this year to have the chance to complete the distance and earn your medal.
Entries are now open for the Active Northumberland Kielder Virtual! Events available include the full marathon, half marathon, 10K, and Run Like a Legend Mile. So whatever distance you’ve been training for this year, make sure you get your entry in to take part in our final event. Even our Kielder junior runners can get involved with the Run Like a Legend Mile which is open to ages 7 and over.
If you’ve taken part in all of our Virtual events make sure you read on below to find out what you could be in chance of winning! We hope that many of those who were planning to take part this year will join us for the virtual event in October and raise some money for a great cause. We are committing to donating a portion of your virtual event entry fee, after tax, to our 2020 charity partner Bright Northumbria, who like all charities at present times will be incredibly grateful for any support.
